Messaging Consent
What the website checkbox means
When you accept a business's messaging checkbox, you allow that business to contact you about the enquiry, service updates, and the message types described beside the checkbox. The business may use WhatsApp or another stated channel.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, using an unsubscribe option, or contacting the business.
When you message a WhatsApp business first
Starting a WhatsApp conversation is recorded as a customer-initiated service request. It allows the business to answer your current enquiry during WhatsApp's active customer-service window.
Starting a conversation does not automatically provide blanket consent for future marketing messages. A business should obtain separate opt-in proof before sending business-initiated marketing.
Proof we retain
Fixovolt may store the consent wording, acceptance time, source page, widget, IP address, browser information, and related message identifiers so the business can demonstrate how the permission or service request was received.
