Acceptable Use Policy

Fixovolt is built for legitimate business communication on WhatsApp. Abuse can harm recipients, businesses, and platform reputation, so every workspace must follow this policy.

Allowed Use

Use Fixovolt for opted-in customer communication, approved message templates, transactional notifications, customer support, lead follow-up, service updates, and lawful marketing where consent is valid.

Prohibited Use

Do not send spam, scraped-list campaigns, misleading messages, prohibited goods or services, abusive content, impersonation, malware, harassment, political manipulation, or messages that violate Meta policies or local law.

Consent and Opt-Out

Businesses must maintain valid consent records. If a recipient replies with STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or another configured opt-out keyword, the contact must not receive further marketing messages unless consent is restored lawfully.

Enforcement

Fixovolt may pause campaigns, revoke API keys, disable widgets, restrict users, or suspend a workspace if activity appears unsafe or non-compliant.
