Data Deletion Instructions

Businesses and users can request deletion of account, workspace, contact, campaign, inbox, widget, API key, webhook, and audit data associated with Fixovolt.

How to Request Deletion

Email alerts@updates.fixovolt.in from the workspace owner email address. Include your business name, workspace email, WhatsApp Business Account ID if available, and the data you want deleted.

Verification

We may verify ownership before deletion to prevent unauthorized removal of business records. Some records may be retained where required for security, audit, dispute, compliance, or legal obligations.

Meta Data

Deleting data from Fixovolt does not delete data inside Meta Business Manager, WhatsApp Manager, or WhatsApp Cloud API. You must manage Meta-side deletion and permissions directly in Meta tools.
